My daughter attends Bear Cubs Child Care on occasional basis for several months.
I would simply like to say how strongly I recommend Debbie as a child care provider. Debbie has a wonderful ability to
connect with children. She is a reliable person and has a very positive attitude. Debbie is extremely creative, planning
different activities and crafts for the kids. My husband and I constantly find drawings, paintings or craft projects that
my daughter made with Debbie's patient assistance.
Our daughter is very excited to go to Debbie's and we feel very comfortable when she is there. In addition I would like
to say that the atmosphere at the day care is safe and stimulating, with a lot of age appropriate toys and activities.
I recommend Debbie to you as a child care provider without any doubt. If you have any further questions please do not
hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Irina Vileito

To Whom It May Concern:
My son, Tyler has attended preschool day care at Debbie's since September 1997.
I found myself in need of child care upon returning to college full-time and had no idea where to began to look. Eventually,
I placed him in a large center with children of many ages as one of my classmates was employed there. After 6 months, I pulled
him out. He continued to cry when I would leave him and he was not getting the one-on-one work and attention so crucial to
a child aged 2.
I accidentally found Debbie. This was the best choice I could have ever made with regard to Tyler's care. Upon speaking
with her over the telephone before meeting her, we talked in great lengths about Tyler and his care needs. Have been born
7 weeks prematurely, his physicians indicated he would be slightly behind those children of the same age in areas of learning,
talking, potty training, etc. Debbie decided that she would accept him into her care.
Since he has been there, his speech was the first noticeable improvement. He began to use semi-complete sentences and
was able to communicate effectively. He brings home creative artwork and study papers where he is learning his letters and
his colors. He has learned and can recite all the childhood songs we've all grown so found of over the years. His intellectual
growth has continued to thrive since the first day he was there. Debbie makes learning fun and exciting and Tyler continues
to learn and remember ALL of the things he does during the day at school. He looks forward to going everyday and is upset
when the weekend arrives. He refuses to eat breakfast in the morning because he wants to eat at " Debbie's house".
Tyler addresses each and every person by name and appears very happy and safe while in Debbie's care. Safety, in today's times
is of great concern to me as a parent. Debbie does not ever open the door to a stranger and thoroughly checks identification
before a child is ever allowed to leave the premises. This is extremely reassuring.
The program at Debbie's is second to none. My family, friends, and physician have commented on Tyler's continued intellectual
growth. One family member commented that she thought her son was somewhat delayed compared to how "advanced" Tyler
is. I attribute this to his education and care at Debbie's. Tyler listens and behaves very well. He bestows a continued respect
and admiration toward Debbie as she treats him with respect. Her one-on-one teaching techniques and gentle mannerism has enormously
helped Tyler to become the loving child he is today. He is treated as a little person with thoughts and ideas just as big
people have. His creativity and imagination are continuously nourished and his mind continues to expand everyday. When the
time comes for him to start school, he will be more than ready having had such an early advantage.
I truly feel that there is no better a person to teach and care for my son in my absence. Debbie is thoroughly observant
and will notice the slightest differences in physical and behavioral disposition. She will comment on areas that are of concern
to her to make sure that I am aware of any changes. Tyler continues to be completely comfortable and at ease while in her
company. It is a privilege to have my son in her care.
Most Sincerely,
Nicole Reese

My grand-daughter has been going to Debbie's daycare for over two years. I have never seen a more steadfast or loving place
to have a child. Debbie is always there and sticks with the routine she established, which helps very much in the security
my grand-daughter feels. My grand-daughter ( who's 4 years) has never once left Debbie's home upset and always looks forward
to going on a daily basis.
Debbie works with these children teaching them, colors, shapes, numbers and alphabet. Brittany always comes home
with a project.
Again, I very much appreciate Debbie and her family and would ( and have) recommended her to my friends.
Sincerely,
Pamela McSharry
Grandmother/Guardian of Brittany
